Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using Schedsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Schedsy provides an AI-powered conversational booking widget that integrates with customer websites and synchronizes with third-party calendar applications (such as Google Calendar). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Subscriptions and Free Trials
Free Trial: We offer a 5-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the 5-day period, your widget will be paused unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to bypass, exploit, or reverse-engineer the AI models or security infrastructure.
- Collect or store sensitive personal information from your end-clients that is not strictly necessary for booking an appointment.
- Spam, defraud, or mislead end-users.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and AI Limitations
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Important notice regarding Artificial Intelligence:
Schedsy relies on LLMs (Large Language Models) to process natural language. While highly accurate, AI models can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate responses ("hallucinations"). It is your responsibility to review appointment logs. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, or miscommunications arising from the use of the AI widget.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Schedsy, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
